The goods
Stanedge offers fitness equipment (resistance bands, weights, mats, benches and accessories), training apparel and footwear, fitness electronics and trackers, and general wellness nutrition products including protein powders, hydration supplements and botanical wellness formulations intended to support an everyday active routine. These products are not medicines, medical devices or substitutes for medical advice. Each product page lists what's included, the quantity, and the form it takes. Photos serve as illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.
Ordering and contract
An order is placed once checkout is complete. Confirmation follows by email, though the contract only forms once goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to decline an order if stock has run out or details can't be verified, with any payment refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices appear in GBP, VAT included where it applies. Delivery costs show up at checkout, before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. An obvious pricing error may be corrected before dispatch, with the chance to confirm or cancel the order.

Product images and colours
Product photos show the actual goods shipped. Screen colour depends on calibration, browser, and the light in the room; a slight shade variation isn't a defect and doesn't justify a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on each product page.
Transfer of risk
Responsibility for the goods stays with us until the courier delivers them to you, or to whoever you named at the given address. From that point, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be flagged with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery, following the process on the Returns page. All fitness equipment and electronic accessories supplied by Stanedge are covered by the statutory warranty against faults and defects provided under UK consumer law, applicable for the period required by that law from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or use inconsistent with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Customised or personalised items such as engraved equipment or made-to-order apparel
- Perishable nutrition products or items with a limited shelf-life once opened
- Unsealed supplement powders, nutrition bottles or cosmetic grip and skincare products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, for hygiene and biosecurity reasons
- Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, such as blended nutrition batches
- Digital training programmes, workout plans or media content once the access seal or download link has been unsealed or activated
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stanedge Fitness Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the total value of the order in question. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK consumer protection law, including liability for death, personal injury, or defective products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms restricts liability that the law doesn't allow to be restricted.
Age and use
Placing an order requires being at least 18. Products should be used as the label describes; they don't substitute for medical advice.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you reside. Should a disagreement not be resolved through direct conversation with us, it falls to the competent court at the seller's registered address, without prejudice to the consumer protections you hold in your own country.
