Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery to your street address: building, apartment, city and postal code. A signature may be requested for orders above £90.

Pickup point

Collect from a partner pickup point or parcel locker nearby. Parcels are held for 7 days before being sent back to us.

Order processing

An order placed before 14:00 on a business day goes out the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out the following business day. A confirmation email with the order number is sent the moment the order is placed.

All orders leave our fulfilment centre in padded impact packaging suited to the item category: resistance bands, weights and metal equipment are wrapped in corrugated board with internal foam inserts; protein powders, nutrition tubs and supplement bottles are shipped with tamper-evident seals and additional shrink-wrap to confirm the product has not been opened in transit; apparel and accessories are packed in moisture-resistant poly bags inside an outer box or mailer bag to prevent soiling or dampness.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order is dispatched you will automatically receive a tracking number by email and, where a mobile number is provided, by SMS, allowing you to follow your parcel's progress from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, write to [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and, depending on your preference, either resend the order or refund it in full within 10 business days of the claim.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel or its contents arrive visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the affected item before opening further, retain all original packaging materials and tamper seals, and contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund once the damage report has been reviewed.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier directly when the parcel is handed over. No prepayment is needed.

Bank transfer

Transfer payment to our company account; details appear after checkout and in the confirmation email. The order ships once payment is received, typically within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never request card or online-banking details by email or phone.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

Delivery covers a set list of countries. Exact costs and timing for your destination appear at checkout, before you commit to payment. Any import duty due at the border is the recipient's responsibility.
