Conditions

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original protective packaging with any tamper-evident seals intact where applicable. Fitness equipment must show no signs of assembly damage or wear, apparel must be unworn with tags attached, and nutrition products must remain factory-sealed to be accepted, in line with hygiene and biosecurity requirements.

For hygiene, biosecurity and consumer safety reasons, Stanedge cannot accept returns on opened nutrition powders, unsealed supplement bottles, used hygiene accessories such as gym gloves or mouthguards, opened skincare or grip-care cosmetic products, or any custom-engraved or personalised equipment, once the protective seal has been broken or the item has been used.

Returning an item, step by step

Submit a return request to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
Receive an RMA return authorisation number along with the designated return address
Pack items securely in their original protective packaging with all seals intact, including any foam inserts or tamper-evident wrapping
Receive your refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item has passed inspection at our warehouse

Who pays return shipping

When the item arrives faulty, damaged, or simply wrong, we cover the shipping, either a prepaid label or a courier pickup. For a change of mind, return shipping falls to you, with no further deductions.

Refund timing and method

Once the item clears inspection, the refund follows within 3 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you specify; bank-transfer orders return to the same account used originally. Banks typically post the funds within 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

For a different size, variant or product altogether, follow the standard return steps and place a fresh order; the original item is refunded as soon as it arrives back with us. If the mix-up was our error, the replacement order ships free of charge.

Cancelling an order

Cancellation is free of charge any time before dispatch. Send the order number to [email protected]. Once the parcel has left us, the standard return process takes over.
