   What size resistance bands and mats do you stock?

   We carry mats in standard and extended lengths and bands across light to heavy resistance levels. Each product page lists exact dimensions and resistance range so you can match it to your routine before ordering.

   How are orders dispatched and can I track mine?

   Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are usually packed and sent out the same day from our Sheffield workshop. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way; exact delivery timing is detailed on our delivery page.

   What is your return policy?

   You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch first so we can issue a return reference, then send it back and we'll handle the rest once it arrives.

   Do you sell genuine, as-described products?

   Everything we sell is exactly as described on the product page, down to the material grade and dimensions. We buy direct from the workshops that make our gear rather than through resellers, so what you see listed is what arrives.
